EXODUS 1: 20-21 God was good to the midwives. So the people increased in number and became very  strong. Because the midwives feared God, he gave them families of their own.

After many years of working in healthcare, birth work was always at the heart of my passion. Birth Essentials came to life while supporting family and friends as a doula (Birth, Postpartum & Bereavement) and community service along with work through the non-profit The Nest Foundation.

Birth Essentials offers Traditional Midwifery Care, Monitrice Services, Doula Support, Childbirth Education, Breastfeeding (Lactation) Support and Placenta Encapsulation Services.

​Mission: To support and encourage every woman on her birthing journey to bring life forth.

Vision: To see the whole woman become One Woman; making decisions for herself with knowledge and power!
